Lead Carpenter (LC) is an entry level management position that requires a significant amount of direct participation in hands-on construction. The Lead Carpenters have primary responsibility for all construction work activities associated with projects assigned, including managing within budget, completing projects on schedule and to Trailboss Solutions standards of quality. In addition to participation in, and management of, work process, the Lead Carpenters may have the responsibility for management and safety of all field employees assigned to the project, subcontractors and vendors.
Customer relations is a shared responsibility with the Project Manager (PM) and the Construction Manager (CM). As managers of the client relationship, it is the Lead Carpenter’s charge to help insure a proper and thorough representation of Trailboss Solutions’ core values and mission to insure that our client’s expectations are fully met. As practicable, Lead Carpenters shall participate in review of plans, development of specifications, provide construction schedule input, provide material take-offs, document and provide information for estimates, change orders and construction budgets.
Project Manager (PM) is responsible for company networking, sales, project estimating, planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with TSLLC quality standards. The construction project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management, including but not limited to: Sales & Marketing, Project Estimating, Project Planning, Project Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration and Safety Management and other duties as assigned.
